Keeping this in mind, Edushala conducted a Customer Service and Sales Workshop for WorldLink employees where they learned the basics of day to day customer service and sales negotiation to increase their productivity. The two-day blended learning workshop was held at the premises of WomenLEAD. Edushala created digital content for the course in its learning management system - Eduware.
